The menu for your portal is located on the left, where you will see the different portal tabs:<\/p>\n

1. The Dashboard<\/h3> <\/div>\r\n\r\n

You will see your total assets, the allocation of your portfolio across your different accounts, and your portfolio performance. You can change the time period displayed for your portfolio performance :<\/p>\n

If you scroll down, you will see each of the accounts in your portfolio. You can click on any of these accounts for more details, and you will be redirected to the “My Portfolio”<\/strong> tab :<\/p>\n

2. My Portfolio<\/h3> <\/div>\r\n\r\n

You will see the value of each of your accounts. You can click on any of your accounts to view more details. In the top right corner, you also have the option to save your portfolio statement for the last month, the last 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months :<\/p>\n

You will also see, at the bottom of the page, the allocation of your portfolio across your different accounts :<\/p>\n

When you click “My Documents”<\/strong>, the following menu will appear :<\/p>\n

PEAK DOCS<\/strong>
PEAK DOCS allows you to exchange documents securely. We have our own secure vault that you can use if you would like to send us documents securely : Secure Vault – AltaFina Montreal<\/a><\/p>\n

Account Statements
\n<\/strong>You will find your monthly statements as well as your annual statements. In both sections, you can select the year you are interested in :
\nTransaction Confirmations
\n<\/strong>You will find the transaction confirmations for each of your accounts. You can filter the period you would like to see :
\nRealized Capital Gains or Losses Report
\n<\/strong>If you have a non-registered account and have realized capital gains or losses in that account, you will find them in this section. You can filter the period you would like to view and save the report as a PDF :
\nTax Forms
\n<\/strong>You will find all the tax slips and receipts you need for your income tax return in this section. You can select the year you would like to view, then click on the relevant slips or receipts to download them :
\nPerformance and Fees Reports
\n<\/strong>Simply click on the year you would like to view to download the report.<\/p>\n

Registering for Online Documents
\n<\/strong>This is where you can change your document delivery preferences. In the second column, you will see your current preference for each of the three types of statements. In the third column, you can select the option you would like to change for one or more statements, then click “I Confirm all changes Above”. <\/strong>For example, if your current preference for account statements is “Online”<\/strong>, you can change it to “Paper”<\/strong> by selecting the checkbox in the right-hand column and then confirming the change.
